Mac and Cheese ဆိုတာ ဒီမွာေတာ့ သိပ္မေတ႕ြရေမယ့္လို႔ ႏုိင္ငံျခားမွာေတာ့ ျမန္မာေတြ လက္ဖက္သုပ္စားသလိုမ်ိဳး အစားမ်ားလွတဲ့ စားစရာတစ္ခုပါပဲ။ Mac and Cheese ရဲ႕ နာမည္အရွည္ကေတာ့ Macaroni and cheese ပါ။ ပါစတာအေျခာက္လိုမ်ိဳး macaroni အေျခာက္ကို ႏြားႏို႔၊ ေထာပတ္၊ chedder cheese သို႔မဟုတ္ mozzarella cheese သို႔မဟုတ္ swiss cheese စတဲ့ ႏွစ္သက္ရာ cheese ၁ မ်ိဳးမွ ၃ မ်ိဳးေလာက္အထိ ေရာထည့္ကာ ခ်က္ရတဲ့အစားအေသာက္တစ္မ်ိဳးပါ။ ေနာက္ စိတ္ပါရင္ ေပါင္မုန္႔ေျခာက္ေလးေတြ အေပၚက ျဖဴးေပ့ါ။
