40MIN ARM WORKOUT A lil’ upper body killer for you to try! ☺️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ DROP SET BICEP CURL 4 x failure ➖ Start with a heavy weight and do as many reps as you can, then drop to a lighter weight and keep curling. Drop weight 3 times total (for example 10kg – 7kg – 5kg) 2️⃣ TRICEP PUSHDOWN 4 x 12 ➖ Elbows close to body, keep tensions in your triceps at all time. 3️⃣ LAYING BICEP CURL 4 x 10 ➖ One of my absolute favorite. The dude at the end to heheh 4️⃣ BICEP TRICEP SUPERSET 4 x 8 ➖ Start with biceps (8 reps) then put the back rest up and continue with 8 reps of triceps straight away. No rest in between. Full body home kettlebell workout ! I got some new toys today #weee. I’m moving soon and won’t have access to my condo gym () so I wanted some more home equipment. The poor UPS dude had to lug around almost 200 lbs to my place multiple times before I was around to get them #thirdtimesthecharm #everyonegetsaworkout. – They arrived just before I was heading to the gym but I decided to do a quick full body workout…because new toys + poor self control ‍♀️. Bench went pretty poorly afterwards – a shock to no one #toastedshoulders. At least this was a very dece and quick workout – Goblet squats RDLs Single arm rows Single arm floor presses Bottoms up shoulder presses Lateral raises – I did 3×10-12 for everything with short rests (short for me is 60-90 sec). WEEK 1 FIERCE 1.0 -Full body Circuit Training -12 exercises -30-45min to complete Firstly I LOVE dead ball slams!! Something about smashing the ball as hard as I can, faster then the pull of gravity and catching it on the tiny little bounce it gives off in a fast pace rhythm is honestly so fun. Note this session has 12 exercises in total to complete (I just filmed 4 of them) Tomorrow I have High Intensity cardio which I have chosen to be 30mins on the pads doing kickboxing. Cannot believe Week 1 (@sweat 12 Week Challenge) is almost complete, I’ve left my FULL rest day to the weekend and 1 recovery workout, which always gets me motivated to push really hard in my sessions towards the end of the week (especially when you start feeling sore) knowing I will get some well deserved rest over the weekend. #sweat #sweat12wc #fierce #fiercecommunity2019 www.chontelduncan.com/app
