Let’s not call this goodbye…I would rather say see you later. After almost 15 years of IN person personal training I have decided to pursue other opportunities effective immediately. This decision was not taken lightly and I have been agonizing over the reality of making this post. 2020 has been one for the books and with the support of my wife, son, and family I am done in person training. Maybe one day I will come back to it but until then I will see you later. To all of my clients, by my calculations I have trained well over 400 people since that kid from Saint Louis packed up his yellow mustang convertible and moved to Chicago. Every ONE of you has made an impact on my life and I will never forgot the times we had together. I hope somehow I had a lasting impression not only on your life, but your heart too. This has been one of the greatest professions joys of my life getting to work with all of you day in and day out and a part of me is being left with you. Going through all of the old pictures realized I never really took that many pics with my clients because I was always focused on getting the best out of you (so sorry if you aren’t in the following pics) and I hope you feel that you got the best out of me! You may be wondering what next for me? Well, I’m wondering that too. We are moving out of the city so we can focus on our families needs and hopefully my other ventures in my career take off. I will tell you that my podcast @fadorfuturepodcast will be a focus of mine, my #DietCrashCourse with @himalaya_app (link in bio), will be another focus, and I will still be working with people training them online (if you so decide to send me a note to work with me). I have other things in the works right now but I can’t tell you just yet…you will just have to keep checking back here to find out! Thank you for making me the man I am today, I hope I was able to bring you some light in your life.
